Talking Therapy

Using an effective outcome oriented model of psychotherapy enables the client, with support, to resolve difficulties quickly. It allows for review of critical experiences and healing without the pain of re-experiencing difficult times in the client's life. This has a strong positive effect on self-awareness. It reduces or eliminates long held tensions and releases a powerful capacity for self-healing within the individual.

Often used to relieve the symptoms of anxiety as well as being a useful support to conventional medical treatments for physical conditions associated with stress. It is also very effective for individuals who want to change addictive behaviours such as smoking. In the hypnotic state concentration is heightened supporting the individual's potential to change limiting beliefs and behaviour.
